Disaffected Youth Vote

I'm at the point where I kind of want to wear a shirt that says "please don't talk to me about the election."

I don't care what anyone's opinions are; I'm tired of hearing about it. I'm tired of people "asking" me about it in order to open up the floor for their own opinions. When it was fun and exciting at the beginning (A Black Man! A Woman! Minorities Rejoice and Dance in the Street!), I enjoyed the discussion. But frankly, I don't like any candidate enough to really relish the proselytizing, inflated-numbers-spouting, mudslinging and conspiracy-theory proposing that goes along with these primary elections.

So please, don't talk to me about the election. Maybe I feel torn, at the core of who I am, between the essences my deeply held beliefs. Poking at that tear is not helping me feel any better or more confirmed in my opinions. But that's none of your business anyway. I respect your right to vote for whomever you want. I don't really need to hear about your why.
