Home 2008 | Stop Mountaintop Removal
This link is to the home page of Stop Mountaintop Removal. At the top of the page is a quick blurb on an ongoing project which collects pictures of mountains all over the world. They're calling it the "Virtual Mountain Range" and it'll be a slide-show stream of mountain photos. The deadline to submit your photos is October 11th, a National Day of Action (which I'm assuming means a day that everyone decides to get all hot and bothered about their particular cause). I haven't taken any mountain pictures lately but I'm planning to dig up some of the ones from Ireland and some of the pictures from home to send in. If anyone's going on a mountainous vacation any time soon, consider sending your photos in!
